Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placing your order with us, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. All orders placed between 5pm on Friday and midnight on Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning. Shipping times may vary depending on availability of merchandise and circumstances beyond our control, but we are as excited as you are to get the goods in your hands, so please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get the order to you ASAP! All SALE ITEMS purchased online are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or store credits.
Note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
If picking up an online order in-store, please make sure to have a copy of the order invoice (printed or email) to present at the time of pick-up.In-store pick ups will usually be ready the day of the order or within 1 business day. Please pick up during our regular business hours. Please have a copy of your invoice for verification.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (CANADA):
We ship within Canada, only, via Canada Post Xpresspost, which typically delivers within 2 - 5 business days and includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that have been delayed by Canada Post.

If an order is returned to us because it was not claimed by you, refused by you, or due to a delivery attempt to a wrong address, we will refund the merchandise minus the shipping fees charged by Canada Post. If you would like the order shipped again, you will be responsible for shipping fees via Canada Post.
In compliance with federal and provincial laws, sales tax is applied on all items bought on sweetpeahalifax.com, based on total value of your order and the shipping address.
IN-STORE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY:
All purchases made in-store have a 7-day exchange or store credit return policy.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that it was purchased. To complete your exchange or store credit, we require your original receipt.
ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
If you would like to return a shipped item for a refund, please contact us at email@example.com and we will inform you as to how to proceed. Please do not ship item back without contacting us first.
Returns of merchandise purchased and shipped online will be eligible for a refund, if the item(s) are returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition will all tags still attached. All returns must be shipped by traceable and insured mail; this will be at the cost of the buyer. Please e-mail the tracking information to Sweetpeaboutique.firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the date you received your order. For return requests outside of this time period, we reserve the right to deny a request based on the circumstances. We cannot guarantee that the same style in different sizes will be available, but we will do our best to accommodate you. If we have the stock to process this exchange, the return of your item will need to be shipped by traceable and insured mail; this will be at the cost of the buyer. We will ship the new size once the item has been received at Sweet Pea Boutique Halifax. The buyer will be responsible for the $10 to ship out the new dress as well.
